Revision 1. Added horizontal version 21.5.18. Now with horizontal bed allowing access to charging socket and to Start and Volume Buttons. Ever wondered about the terrible sound of music played from that tiny speaker on the back of a mobile phone? Playing a YouTube track one day, with my hand cupped around the back, I found the sound improved a lot when it emerged from underneath to the front. I designed this cradle to redirect the sound and there is a huge improvement. I began trying to create a horn using Loft and Shell in Fusion 360 but it did not like the compact dimensions. So, due to the constraints in size I settled for an enclosed box. The cradle is designed to suit my phone which is an Alcatel. It is 75mm wide and 10 thick. The speaker opening on the back is 13mm from the bottom and 20mm from the right side. It takes just over an hour to print using supports
