Albuterol Inhaler Cap
thingiverse
A buddy of mine griped to me about the new Albuterol inhaler design, which fires in his pocket since they changed it, resulting in lost doses and increased costs. I asked him for a used unit that was junk so I could measure off of it and model this. It's designed not only to prevent the MDI from wasting doses but also to keep pocket lint where it belongs – in one's pocket, not in one's lungs. Depressing the canister from the top opens up a pathway for airflow, eliminating the need to remove this part to use it. It could use some tweaking, but it works well enough and the offsets allow for a decent friction fit. The mk4 has some extra small holes to aid with airflow. Printed on an Anycubic Photon. I hope this is helpful.
