The provided Gearbox Assembly is mostly complete, except for a few pieces from the selector mechanism within the front cover. These missing parts will be located and added accordingly. The gearbox features sand cast aluminum alloy Gearbox Castings, with gears and shafts manufactured from EN 36 Steel, case hardened to 58-62 Rc at a depth of 0.015". Fellows Stud 12/16 DP profile is utilized for the gear profiles. The gear ratios are 0.53, 0.68, 0.80, 0.95, and 1:1. Mainshaft Bearings (6206 or RMS 5) with dimensions of 30x62x16mm or 0.625X1.8125X0.625" are also included. Layshaft Bearings consist of INA BK 1622 needle roller bearings (2). Notably, this gearbox was designed specifically for racing purposes, not requiring a kick start. IGES and KEYSHOT.bip files have been provided as well.
