In my initial 3D scan, I employed Skanect software and received a commercial license from its developers. My roommate was cooperative by remaining still during the process. So far, I haven't utilized the in-app tools for mesh simplification and cropping. Instead, I relied on Netfabb Studio Basic to delete unnecessary scenery and close any holes within the mesh. To access the refined version, download and print alannap-skanect-FINAL.stl, which is scaled appropriately for a MakerBot Cupcake.
