I Created my own shelf brackets with recessed screw heads, a project that I'm really proud of. I've uploaded the 123D design files to this page so you can modify them to suit your needs. The picture shows my first attempt, but I made some minor adjustments to get it just right. These brackets are designed to be 5"x5" in size, but you can easily scale them down to fit your specific requirements. One thing to note is that the flat portion with the logo has a thickness of about 2.75mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: PowerSpec Printer: PowerSpec 3D Pro Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 100 Micron Infill: Varies Notes: I set up Simplify 3d to print the flat portion with 100% infill and the remainder with 50%. If you're concerned about strength, consider increasing your infill on the bracket portion.
