I decided to design my own fidget spinner, and I've included both files for those with dual extruders. You can use regular 608 skateboard bearings in this design. The models are set up to print face down, so you won't need any supports or rafts. If you're not comfortable designing your specific college's version, just let me know, and I'll see what I can do.
