My friend is an ardent Alabama Football enthusiast, so as one of the first models I printed on my new Tevo Tarantula was this die that I designed in Sketchup for him. I have successfully printed it three times now, and this print has turned out to be the best yet. To give it a more authentic look, I need to print a fan shroud next. In any case, I thought I'd share this with everyone here. If you decide to print it, please do share your photos! Print Settings Printer: Tevo Tarantula Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 - 0.2 Infill: Print at 60% or more infill for added weight. Notes: For the best results, print in red PLA or ABS plastic. Post-Printing After printing, I applied white gloss enamel model paint to the dots and the 'A' on my design. To get into such tiny details, I used a straight pin instead of a paintbrush, letting the paint seep into the paths for a more precise look.
