Al-Thuqaibah is a significant Iron Age II settlement, dating back approximately 1000 to 600 BCE. Situated south of Dhaid, at the southern extremity of Al Madam oasis in central Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates, it has been thoroughly investigated by archaeological teams from Sharjah, France, and Spain over the past three decades. Their excavations have yielded a wealth of information about mud-brick houses, gardens, and evidence of mud-brick production processes. Hundreds of preserved footprints remain intact at the bottom of small basins, meticulously documented through high-resolution scanning and photogrammetry by GDH. The results include basin 38, expertly processed in Reality Capture from 881 images, revealing a detailed snapshot of the site's preserved features.
