Al-Thuqaibah is a significant Iron Age II settlement, thriving from 1000 to 600 BCE. Situated south of Dhaid, it occupies the southern extremity of Al Madam oasis in central Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. Over the past three decades, archaeological teams from Sharjah, France, and Spain have meticulously excavated the site, unearthing mud-brick houses, lush gardens, and compelling evidence of local mud-brick production techniques. Beneath the surface of small basins, hundreds of remarkably preserved footprints lie hidden, providing a unique glimpse into the daily lives of Al-Thuqaibah's inhabitants. Following extensive high-resolution scanning and photogrammetry conducted by GDH, the basins and their features have been meticulously documented. Specifically, basin 1 was meticulously processed using Reality Capture from an impressive 770 images.
