Akustik Chair Contemporary Design

Initially, the model was found at http://www.garsnas.se/en-GB/Products/stoolschairs/Akustik# and designed by Ake Axelsson. The AutoCAD files were imported into Solidworks and converted, but only as a surface model. To create a solid model in assembly, the surface model was divided into separate parts, with solid models built for each part before reassembling them. Although the initial AutoCad model wasn't very detailed, it was corrected to match the original design images more closely. The dimensions are nearly equal to the real product and are suitable for representation purposes. Special thanks go to Sergio Loeza for sharing his wood screw configurable model in Solidworks. It is easy to assemble the model, and users can delete SLDASM files to create their own assembly. Enjoy, leave comments, and like!
