Trays with sliding lids securely hold small SMD components (50 x 0805, 20 x 1206) in each compartment.

A single small AKRO-MILS drawer can store 2 long (E12 x 6) and 4 short (E6 x 6) trays.

Components will not spill into other compartments even if the tray is turned upside down, thanks to snug fitting lids.

Use two E12x6 trays to store E24 resistors efficiently.

Paper labels on the lid provide easy identification, and tabs make it simple to pull them out of the drawer. The labels fit snugly in place. To ensure smooth operation, clean the grooves for the lid or sand down the lid if necessary, depending on print quality. Note: For optimal performance, the lid should sit flat on the tray; sanding the sides may be required if excessive snugness causes buckling, resulting in components spilling into other compartments when turned upside down.
