<p>Akro-Mils makes plastic cabinets with plastic drawers for small parts. Each drawer has slots for one drawer divider. The typical cabinet comes with 64 small drawers, but only 8 dividers. The dividers are molded into the back of the cabinet and can be snapped out. With small parts (like screws), the dividers allow up to 128 separate storage bins.</p><p>With this print, you don't need to bother with the snapping the parts out of the back. I would say these dividers are actually a little better than the ones that come with. I have a gcode file with four copies and another with just one. I find printing four at a time is an efficient batch size.</p><p>They are thin, so I print them at 100% infill and use the “Detect thin walls” option. I typically print with black PETG, making them very similar to the OEM version.</p>
