Divider for the small drawers in Akro-Mils storage cabinets. These products come with a bunch of dividers as part of the moulded case, which can be accessed by snapping or cutting them off. However, there are not enough to divide every drawer, and they are a very basic design. If you need more dividers, or simply want to upgrade them to be sturdier and easier to use, this model is for you. Print Settings Printer Brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.16mm Infill: Yes (10% – 25%) Filament: eSun PLA+ Beige Notes: Model carefully designed to be FDM printed without support and with minimal cleanup. Since the model is very short on the bed, you may find you can print models in "one at a time mode", which may reduce stringing and cleanup. (Remember to be careful to leave enough space between models in this mode, especially if you use a touch sensor) I printed with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.16mm layers on PLA+ (aka "PLA Pro"), and chose to fuss around trimming bits off with a craft blade. However, a standard nozzle and any filament should work fine. Layer height can be increased, but note there is a fine grip texture on the top tab that may be lost with larger layer heights. Using adaptive layer height in your slicer may be a great way to balance speed, strength and quality. Category: Organization
