This is an updated version of pfjasons Modified Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus Carriage Tensioner (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3116823). I adapted his improved design, originally created by Old-Steve (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2653647), to accommodate longer cones and supports, reaching a width of 52mm. I also tightened the holes in the cones to 3mm, ensuring the bolts are snugly secured without any slack. Following Jason's suggestion, I made the cone ends thin enough for free movement of the rod hinges. Additionally, I created spacers with AD 4.2mm and ID 3.2mm dimensions; if they're too tight, simply draw your own with a larger ID. For my setup, 25mm M3 bolts fit perfectly on the rods. 20190123 UPDATE: Upon mounting mine, I noticed that the belt fixing gap on the slider was too narrow, causing a bulge that hindered belt insertion. To resolve this issue, I removed the bead and slightly widened the gap.
