The Luxor Museum in Egypt proudly displays a broken sandstone statue of King Akhenaten. At first glance, the king's features appear oddly elongated when viewed directly at eye level. But observe the statue from a different angle and a remarkable transformation occurs: his features take on an entirely new appearance. This striking phenomenon has led some to speculate that this ancient relic may be an early example of perspective manipulation - a concept typically associated with much later artistic innovations.
