When your flexible strings from the headband are torn out you will want to replace them.Unfortunately with the later versions of the AKG K702 everything is glued together and you will only get things of by wrecking them.So I designed this part so the flexible string can be replaced by using screw and nut.You will need metric screws with hex head M4x20 and an M4 nut with some bigger washers.The pictures do not show the latest design since I did some improvements after finishing my make.
