I love everything about the AKG K52, but one thing that's missing is a microphone. Fortunately, I've found an affordable solution. With access to a printer and $8 for a microphone, you can clip on a mic to your headphones. To make this work, I use the Andoer EY 510A microphone from AliExpress. Specifically, I bought this model: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32845963099.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.41a94c4dAobHzL To attach it to my K52 headphones, I need an M3 screw and a nut - but that's optional. This clip-on solution is great because it doesn't require any modifications to the existing headphones. The parts are also printer-friendly, so you won't need any supports. Plus, this mod works with AKG's K72 and K92 headphones as well. Overall, I'm really enjoying my upgraded AKG K52 headphones with a built-in microphone.
