AKG K2-Series (Sextett, DF, Monitor etc....) Re-Cable Headband Assy Bottom Cap - Ninjaflex
thingiverse
AKG offers a solitary elastomer cap to fill in the gaps beneath an assy following re-cable installation. I propose printing custom angle caps, one for each cup, as it provides more versatility. This design is specifically for the rare individuals who need it. These prints were created with Ninaflex using an Ultimaker 2 Bowden system. The process was relatively smooth once suitable settings were determined, though trial and error may be required due to variables such as buildup in the hot end, affecting extrusion temperatures. My print settings are: 1. Print speed - 15mm/s 2. Infill speed - 15mm/s 3. Infill percentage - 100% 4. Layer height - 0.2mm 5. Temperature - 250C I recommend turning off retraction for the Ninjaflex print, as slower speeds ensure stable flow rates. A non-oiled Bowden tube is a necessity.
