This adapter unlocks full compatibility with any GoPro 3 dive housing compatible underwater filters, allowing seamless integration with the Akaso EK7000 dive housing. By doing so, you can ditch the subpar Akaso filters and upgrade to high-quality ones for significantly better color correction while snorkeling or scuba diving. Initially designed for GoPro brand filters, extensive testing has also confirmed compatibility with the Backscatter Flip (for the GoPro 3). After printing, a quick application of superglue will secure the two adapter halves onto the Akaso dive housing. Note that the "notch" should be positioned towards the power button and camera side to ensure a secure grip for the GoPro filter.
