AKAI MPK Mini mkII white keys

Replacement white keys part for AKAI MPK Mini mkII. The manufacturer doesn't offer this part. To quote their support: "Unfortunately the Akai Pro MPK Mini mkII is a non-repair product, meaning that we do not carry replacement parts for the product as it would be more cost effective to replace the product". MPK Mini mkII is a decent MIDI controller that appears to be well built with the exception of the keys, which seem to have been designed to fail (it's not a rare occurrence, see https://getsatisfaction.com/akai_professional/topics/mpk-mini-mkii-broken-snapped-off-key). I will not be buying any more products from AKAI, as I cannot in my right mind support this kind of business model. I've spent quite a bit of effort to repair my controller, and I would like to make my fix available to others. Update: added source project file.
