In Progress: Trying to Create a Knurled Handle That Snaps onto an AK-74 Charging Handle How I Made This: I Utilized an Image-to-STL Converter by Capturing Two Photos of the Stock Handle's Shape. One Profile Was Transformed into a Negative to Generate a 3D "Scan" of the Handle, Scaled Up to Its Actual Size and Increased by 1.05 Percent to Ensure a Secure Fit. The Bolt Handle I "Scanned" Is Included for Anyone Who Wants to Attempt Replication. The File I Created Was a Quick Demo to Verify Its Compatibility with the Charging Handle (Which It Successfully Fitted), Although It Did Not Attach Perfectly Straight and Lacked a Mechanism for Snap-Fit Attachment. Additional Adhesives or Welding Will Be Required, but Once Secured, There Is Minimal Play in the Fit. Share Your Ideas on How to Improve This Design
