This is a part to hold the rails in the AK at the right height while you do the first spot welds. The side with the indent is for the ejector rail. Assemble as shown in the photo (The notch cutout for the thicker rail has moved from the middle piece to the bottom piece), slide your front trunnion into position, then slide the rail assembly in through the back and weld in place. After the first weld on each side remove the printed part and finish tack welding. Uses a 1/4" bolt and nut Printer settings don't really matter.
