This product is optimized for real-time game backgrounds. This model is specifically designed to meet game engine requirements. Default renders in 3ds Max will not replicate the preview images seen in Marmoset Toolbag 3. The corresponding scene used to create the render is included in the package. The weapon system consists of numerous separate components, allowing for effortless animation adjustments. Components like the bolt, trigger, fire selector, magazine and magazine release can be easily moved for customization purposes. Key Features: Geometry The model's polygon count has been deliberately lowered using a triagulation method to ensure that shading remains consistent with most game engines. For users preferring quaded geometry models, an additional model file has been included in the download package. - N-gons are nonexistent within the model. All object UVs have been unwrapped manually to optimize use of UV space while preventing excessive data duplication. Named materials and objects ensure seamless material compatibility. Dimensions: The product is scaled at a close-to-life size equivalent (measured in centimeters). Test rendering environments include Unreal Engine 4, Marmoset Toolbag 3, and Unity Engine. Users won't require specialized software extensions for full operation. Export Options: Model formats available in both .obj and .fbx formats for users with 3ds Max 2018 compatibility. Textures: The AK-47 gun and associated ammo utilize high-resolution images - 4096 x 4096 base color, roughness, metalness, normal maps, AO maps and others for enhanced game play rendering capabilities. In a special addition the ammo was textured to meet gaming standards - an image resolution of 512x512 pixels and the respective additional images were used. For optimal rendering within popular video games using PBR the images are converted from regular PNG textures and have separate formats added (PBR). Instructions: Model's texture paths stripped; exporting a specialized file format is done.
