This project started as a few fixes for a new Extruder but eventually led to addressing numerous small issues, resulting in the AJGW extruder with various features such as a new split filament guide and herringbone gears. The extruder is designed for easy access and attaching/removing parts, with support for metric screws and various options. It has been tested with 0.25mm and 0.4mm layers, and users can share their experiences by commenting on the project. Instructions include a list of printed parts, bill of materials, and recommended Slic3r settings for optimal printing.
