Aiwa LIB-902 Adapter for AAA Batterie
thingiverse
I create an adapter for the MiniDisc Player that requires the LIB-902 battery. Since buying a new battery isn't necessary, I created an adapter for the 3.6V UltraFire 10440 battery in AAA form. Other batteries with similar specifications should work as well. The Ultrafire fits into the middle hole and is secured by a metal bolt with a 4mm diameter in the two side holes. Designed using CorelCAD 2016, I printed it with an infill of 10-20%. Update: On February 27th, 2017, I made a second version with an angle at the positive end to improve its fit into the battery port. Update (March 1st, 2017): I modified the model due to the Trustfire 10440 being longer than a standard AAA battery; the hole is 47.5mm long for accommodating the battery. The second version is no longer required. Print settings: Printer - Anet A8, Rafts - Yes, Supports - No, Infill - 20%
