The Arm of Elegance is an exoskeletal innovation that empowers individuals with a fully intact but non-functional hand. When donned, the wearer extends their elbow, and the device responds by extending their fingers via cables. No electronic components are used in its design. For more information, refer to the Comprehensive Guide. This remains the latest version of the Arm of Elegance. This pioneering prototype has not been thoroughly tested for safety or efficacy! PLEASE USE WITH EXTREME CAUTION! It is an experimental proof-of-concept, shared so that others can build upon it. All files have been uploaded here in STL format for direct printing, STEP for imported editing, and SLDPRT for native SolidWorks users. A Comprehensive Guide is also included, walking through assembly, as well as a document outlining design explorations, allowing any individual or group to further this project by learning from previous experiences. If anyone does choose to do so, please share your device under a different name to avoid confusion in the future. Thanks for contributing to the advancement of this project.
