This is a thermostat control knob for my Sunset Trail 2018 travel trailer, designed to securely hold the temperature controller on the wall. The design should fit other travel trailers as well. I printed this part with a Delta Kossel printer using PLA filament. Compared to ABS, PLA is a softer material that can be more prone to warping. However, since the part is so small, I didn't need to generate any support structures. Infill density was set at 100%, and the extruder temperature was 200C while the print bed was maintained at 60C.
