I Design Spools for Larger Projects For bigger projects that require larger spools with a 1.25 inch ID hole, such as large hatbox spools, I've created a custom design. Designing the Spool Using OnShape, I drew inspiration from Airwolf's design for 2 inch ID spools to create my own unique design for larger spools.
