To improve upon piit79's design, I purchased an 8mm shaft diameter gear from Trinity Labs but found it too large. To rectify this, along with other modifications like filleted edges and additional structural support, I extended the idler base and consequently lengthened the strut. Since I use dual extruders, the file features a mirrored version as well. Following Piit79's original instructions: - Print in PLA with a 0.5mm nozzle, 0.12mm layer height, 95% fill. Your materials list includes: - 2x M3x8 screws - 3x M3x25 screws - 2x M3 nut - 2x M3 washer - 2x M3x45 screws - 2x spring or rubber diesel pipe piece (as suggested by Airtripper) - 1x M5 pneumatic push-fit adapter - 2x 608 bearings for idler.
