Airtag Holder for Urban Arrow Electric Bakfiets (cargobike)
prusaprinters

I recently bought some airtags for keeping track of my stuff. One thing I really wanted to keep track of was my precious Urban Arrow cargobike. I thought about attatching it to the frame, but wanted somewhere more discrete and settled on bolting it to the bench frame in the main cargo area.

Printing Insutructions

In the pictures you see my orange PLA prototype, but I highly reccomend printing this in something more discrete that can hold up to weather conditions a little better for example using Black PETG.

I print this using the 0.2mm quality setting in PrusaSlicer, but it'll print just fine in draft if you're short on time. Total print time is just over two hours.

Installation

This design holds itself shut using four M3x20mm machine screws and matching nuts and the original bolt from the urban arrow bench. To install, simply unscrew one of the bench bolts using an allen key/wrench or other hex driver put the washer and bolt through the main part of the case add the airtag and screw the whole thing shut.
