This is remixed from the one-piece resin/reference model from WindhamGraves 1:100 scale Airspeed Horsa, which is an excellent model, but quite tricky to assemble. This one is just in two halves, plus the wing tips. I've rescaled it to 1:144 to fit in with all my other wargames aircraft, thickened the trailing edge of the rudder slightly, and hollowed the back half of the fuselage so that it will (hopefully) sit forward on its tricycle undercarriage. [Edit 2023-04-25: I've added a cavity in the nose which you can glue a weight into, to help the glider sit forward on its undercarriage. I use lead shot, epoxied in place.
