Airsoft Vortex Block for 1-1/4 in SCH 40 pipe

This block is designed for use in airsoft as a one-piece vortex component. It's the type used on the EE-05 "Montag" Flamethrower, which can be seen on our Facebook page under EEskunkworks. The inlet hole is 0.32 inches in diameter and needs to be tapped carefully with enough perimeters. The outlet hole provides a loose fit for standard AEG barrels and benefits from using Epoxy to secure the barrel in place. This vortex block fits inside 1-1/4 inch Schedule 40 PVC pipe, which measures 1.38 inches in inner diameter. Because vortex blocks don't require much stress, recommended settings include at least two perimeters with 15% infill or more. We typically use three perimeters and 20% infill.
