A simple M4 mag assist I crafted for some mid caps I have on hand. I can't guarantee it will work seamlessly with all magazines, but users can wrap tape around the magazine if it's too large to fit properly. I've uploaded both the STL file and an Inventor part file in case anyone wishes to remix the design. When orienting the part, be sure to position it so that it will effectively handle the stress of regular use.
