M4 Hop-up Unit for an Airsoft Gun: Works with Any TM Compatible Model. Needed a 3D Printable Hop-up, but None Were Available, So I Imported a Design from GrabCad User Szilagyi Laszlo into STL Files. Some Sanding and Cleanup May Be Necessary to Get the Parts to Fit Properly. Printing the Adjustment Wheel at a Scale of 101-105 Helps It Fit Better. All Credit for the Model Goes to Szilagyi Laszlo, Who Designed It on GrabCad. I Simply Converted His Design into STL Files So It Can Be Printed. I Included the Model for the 0-Ring in Case You Want to Try Using a Flexible Filament or Buy One from a Hardware Store. I Also Added the Peg for the Hop-up Arm, Which I Made by Cutting a Piece of 1.75mm Filament That Fitted Perfectly. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa I3 mk2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .1mm or Lower Infill: At Least 20% Notes: Build Plate Only Support May Help Prevent Chamber Blockage and Make Cleanup Easier. Printing the Parts at 1.06 Scale and the Adjustment Wheel at 1.08 Scale on Cura May Improve Fit with Barrel and Bucking.
