I despise the flimsy rubber gasket that safeguards the fill valve on my Burst XL. Yes, it prevents debris from entering, but a firm strike and it's ruined. Or the ring slips off the valve anyway...game over. So, as my green gas cylinders here in Britain don't want to couple with the valve properly anyway, I replaced it with a more robust valve from an old WE glock magazine I had on hand. Great - it's sturdy, substantial and fills effortlessly - but it protrudes too far for the rubber band to be effective. Print this model out in 60% infill TPU and you'll be golden. No supports are necessary. You're welcome!
