Airsoft Howitzer

This is my airsoft howitzer inspired by Kittka's Rapidfire airsoft cannon. Unleash a barrage on your workspace with this miniature howitzer. Fire multiple airsoft rounds simultaneously - four pellets at once are plenty effective. Cannons have been a staple on the battlefield since the 17th century, operating as a balance between guns and mortars. They've often been used to launch projectiles into advancing enemy lines just like archers did centuries ago. "A howitzer is a type of artillery characterized by a relatively short barrel and small propellant charges firing projectiles at high trajectories with a steep angle of descent," says Wikipedia. Instructions: Designed for use with #6-32 screws, except for the joint of the trigger and firing pin - that's where #4-40 comes in. Clean the bore and loading gate using a 1/4" drill bit. I printed without support material but did have to tidy up a bit. If your printer handles bridging well, try printing without support, but if not, print the tilt slide with support everywhere else. The rest of the part prints fine without it. A .2 mm layer height is ideal for this model.
