Here's a grenade launcher like spring system for airsoft. Please note that I didn't print it yet so I can't give you any estimation of its range (could go from 3 meters to 30 meters), moreover it depends on the hop-up you will give it. So it's able to shoot 15 BBs per shot thanks to 3 barrels with 5 BBs each. The rubbers are useful for two things: they avoid BBs from getting out of the barrel without shooting and they give a hop-up effect for a better range. The model's length is 17 cm. What you'll need to mount it: - 1 classic AEG spring - 1 wire that you will put on the security and the trigger of 2mm diameter - 3 drilling screws (from 20mm to 40mm) - an elastic that will be used to make the 3 rubbers - 2 screws and nuts to mount it on your replica - some glue for the rubbers and the aesthetic cover First, put the spring in the body. Then, put the spring pusher on the spring. Next, push the spring pusher down and screw the chamber head into the 3 holes. Mount the trigger by putting your 2mm wire in the axis, and do the same for the security system. Glue the 3 rubbers into the holes over the barrels. You can now mount your grenade launcher on your replica. Then, mount your aesthetic cover; you may have to sand it to fit. How to use it? Look at the 4th picture; there are two holes shown on the sides. Put a screwdriver in one of them to put the moving piece (the spring pusher) down. Keep it down and put the trigger back into its place. The system is armed; put the security back and fill the barrels with BBs. When you want to shoot, remove the security and pull the trigger. Note: This is a prototype, I don't ensure it will work!
