Airsoft Foregrip

Airsoft Foregrip

This airsoft foregrip fits standard-sized airsoft rails and features adjustable holes on the side that accept a screw for secure locking. However, I only utilized the bottom screw attachment, as the hole was not tested for functionality. The design fits nicely onto my airsoft gun. The large part of the grip was printed using Cura's experimental tab fuzzy skin feature, yielding excellent results and providing ample grip. To prevent fuzzy skin from forming on both sides of the part, I checked the "fuzzy skin outside only" box during printing. This feature is highly recommended for this print, but not for the smaller attachment piece. For optimal orientation, the large part was printed with its threaded side facing upwards, while the smaller part was positioned with its knob facing down on the build plate. Supports were used for the big part, but only where it touched the build plate. This ensured that the rail attachment area received support without obstructing the threads. Be cautious not to enable all supports in Cura, as this will result in automatic thread support within the part and may be difficult to remove. The threads will print flawlessly without supports, making them unnecessary for both parts. I'm glad you're interested in this airsoft foregrip design! It works well for me, and printing it with a higher infill percentage will enhance its strength. Don't forget to share your own creations!
