Airsoft flash hider design concept model. Posting this primarily for the community on the airsoft subreddit forum. 3D printed using a .2mm layer thickness test with reinforced sidewalls (check attached Cura settings used with my Printrbot Simple Metal). Installed a 14mmx1 CCW tap after printing and fitted it to my airsoft M4 rifle. This design is specifically intended for use with airsoft or toy guns only, and as of now has not been tested in a real-world setting or during live firing. It's far from being a completed design; I simply created this mock-up quickly.
