Airsoft compact mask
thingiverse
I'm working on creating a DIY airsoft mask that doesn't rely on any existing support systems. My goal is to craft a mask with ear protection, teeth protection, and eye protection all built-in. To create the strap, I used some 1-inch/25mm elastic webbing. For eye protection, I repurposed some safety glasses by drilling a hole in the center of them. This allows me to attach the glasses securely to the mask using a nut. If you want to enhance the mask's fit, you can add thin foam padding where needed. However, to achieve a full seal, you'll need to fill any gaps with your chosen safety glasses. I've modified the original design to make it wider, ensuring that it fits comfortably on both large and small heads like mine. The original model was too narrow for my liking, so I made some adjustments to create a more universal fit.
