Airsoft Barrel Heatsink for SOCOM GEAR PLR-16. Length: 110mm, Outer Diameter: 35mm. Serves no practical purpose; just looks cool. Design based on a 14-teeth gear, hence the rounded edges. Center hole is printed as 20mm diameter, with a small step of diameter 18mm. The other end has a step of 25mm diameter. May fit others with modifications. How I Designed This I use the "Gear" tools from FreeCad to create the outer cylinder. Before creating the gear, draw two concentric circles, 35mm and 20mm respectively. These represent the inner and outer limits. Using the gear tools, experiment with parameters until satisfied.
