Airsoft baffled suppressor
thingiverse
This was made based on the concept of real firearm suppressors. The baffles fit neatly within the baffle tube, allowing ample space for an expansion chamber. For a one-print build with the same initial idea, take a look at my other suppressor design. This is essential if you are an airsoft sniper/DMR player due to the fact that higher fps results in more air flow. You can incorporate steel wool for additional sound and vibration absorption. Please note: This is designed exclusively for use with airsoft firearms; never use this design on a real firearm. To print responsibly, remember: AIRSOFT ONLY. Instructions: Print the baffle tube face down on 20% infill to reduce filament usage. For added strength, feel free to experiment. Print five baffles cone-facing up. The threaded endcap should be printed with face down and 20% infill for optimal air seal quality. Apply more precision when printing threads. Assemble the parts by gluing them together using expanding glue. Ensure a tight air seal by applying adequate pressure during assembly. To eliminate any shiny or reflective surface, try sanding and paint if needed to achieve your desired appearance.
