Going for a traditional WW2 German kit but those pesky 40-round mags hold you back? Perhaps you're envious of the Thompson-fellas with their large drum mags? Or perhaps you're just plain heretic? Here's my solution to all three, also my source for both praise and hate on the field. A MP40 drum mag adapter that adapts the Well VZ61 Skorpion drum mag to an AGM MP40. Just source one (or more for more heresy) drum mags, disassemble them and re-assemble them to the adapter. You only lack two more pins for a complete fit. BOOM 370ish BBs ready to be handed out. Also reduces the gun profile quite a lot. Some minor changes may be required for the pins to pass through depending on your printer. Be careful of stringing, it may block the BB path and a drum mag isn't useful all clogged up. Here's also a small care package: an adapter for those 1000-round BB hand crank refill boxes that usually only fit M4 mags directly. Print and mount it into the refill box and presto, easy refills if you get threats from WW2 purists or just feel like swinging your MP40 the traditional way. Very useful if you sourced the 140-round stick mags for the gun and previously sported the 120-round BB refills, like I did. Comes with a new mag release plate, but you need to drill a new hole opposite of the original hole under the mag release plate for it to be able to actually reach the magazine, and you also need to drill the small hole for the pin to hold the magazine release plate in place. Re-use the spring but on the opposite side of the original position. Also included are a smaller profile charging handle. I feel the AGM sticks out a bit too much. Uses the original screws, but I recommend getting some wood screws for a proper fit.
