AirSense 10 CPAP Holder With Hose Supports
thingiverse
This design builds upon NailDRV's base for the Resmed AirSense 10 CPAP machine, adding two crucial features: hose clamps/holders. One clip on the side, inspired by zimmer62's work, pulls the hose from the back forward, eliminating annoying flopping behind the device. The second clip in front, based on CJLips' design, offers a convenient spot to hang your hose each morning. This is what it's all about. I set the overhang tolerance to 65 and printed without supports, noting some minor threadiness under the hose hanger, but it still performs well even with an Ender 3 printer. It's worth mentioning that NailDRV's original design was too big for an Ender 3 print run, so I included a split design. To join the two halves together, I use Devcon Plastic Welder, a two-part epoxy-like glue specifically designed for plastics, which works wonderfully with PLA. This same cement is also used to attach the side hose clamp to the riser.
