Airquino wall bung - Planetwatch

Due to the connector on the Airquino device being 18mm a 20mm hole is required to feed the wire through the wall, which resulted in a large open space left around the wire. I've seen various methods to fill these holes from stuffing with soft materials to silicone. As we have to return the device for calibration after 18months to 2 years i decided to design a bung to block the hole and allow for eay removal when required. Using silicone on the outside is optional, i did use it only around the outside of the bung due to the texture on my wall. This can easily be cut away for removal. I've designed 2 sizes so you can choose to put one outside and one inside. You could also use the same size for each. Both are included in download. The size of the bung is slightly larger than 20mm to provide a snug fit. Printed in TPU with no more than 10% infill will make a soft bung which can adust to fit into the hole.
