Airpot Thermos Jug - Replacement Lever
thingiverse
This is a replacement lever for an airpot thermos jug. I'm not sure if these levers are used universally across multiple different airpots, but if not, I can check which model I have if anyone's interested. The drill hole needs to be reworked because it has to be drilled with a 3.1mm drill bit. My airpot bolt was 3mm in diameter, but the knurled part of the bolt is 3.2mm. If anything is unclear, feel free to ask. Here's a hint: To replace the lever, I had to remove two screws and then push out the bolt that holds the lever in place. This bolt is only removable in one direction! A 3D printing tip: Print with the axis of the hole square to the printbed. That way you need minimal support.
