PLEASE READ BEFORE PRINTING!!! My custom-designed AirPods Pro case fits perfectly with the AirPods, boasting a clean and simple design. The printed case uses ninjaflex TPU, which ensures a snug fit that is tailored to this specific material. This unique design requires printing with TPU to achieve optimal results; attempting to print it with PLA, PETG, or similar plastics will likely lead to a subpar fit. UPDATE: The top piece has been updated for an even better fit on the AirPod Pros, and the bottom piece has been re-uploaded. When assembling your case, keep in mind that it may not fit perfectly at first. To achieve a seamless fit, gently rub and stretch the printed parts to close any gaps between the top and bottom pieces. I've found this process is most effective right after charging the AirPods with the case on - the heat from charging softens the print, allowing it to conform more easily to the AirPods. This process ensures a secure fit for both the top piece and the overall design of flexible materials. Ninjaflex prints are prone to stretching over time, causing the printed case to sit loosely on the AirPods and eventually fall off. This initial loose fit is necessary to compensate for material stretching, guaranteeing a snug fit in the long run.
