Flexible-wing airplane model with flapping wings and spinning propeller that springs to life when a button is pressed. Model dimensions: 180mm wingspan, 130mm from nose to tail, 50mm tall. All components require printing at 0.15mm layer height using a nozzle of 0.4mm or higher to prevent parts from fusing together. It's recommended to print two models: first, the top and bottom main body halves (with built-in wings and internal mechanisms) printed with 20-30% infill; second, the propeller, ball joint, output shaft, and assembly tabs at 100% infill to maximize weight and strength for an optimal spinning effect. The model pictured was printed in approximately seven hours on a Prusa MK3 using PLA and PLA+ filaments with a 0.4mm nozzle. For assembly instructions, refer to the image showcasing how to put the model together. Only use a minimal amount of glue during assembly to prevent fusing any moving parts together, and avoid gluing the output shaft to the ball joint component.
