Airplane Rudder Hand Controls
grabcad
This allows disabled pilots to control rudder input using their hands. It was designed for the Cessna 172 & 177 models but can also be used in the C150/152 series. (Provided they have the cast, "flat top" rudder pedals.) I've also been told it will work in some Grumman models. Though I do not have 1st hand knowledge of that. I should also mention, for those not aware, that FAA approval is required to use these in any certified aircraft. That approval would be in the form of either a Supplement Type Certificate (STC) or a 337 "Field Approval".
