I suggest to use the new Prusa Slicer Fuzzy surface for the grip section. It makes them really grippy and look even better. See last image.

tl;dr

You probably want the version with the square trim button. There are version with right, left or both hand rests. Order the PTT button here and the trim button here. Add a M3 40mm screw, shorten it slightly and melt in an M3 insert. Done.

Long Version

Objective was to print a simple grip with place for two buttons: PTT and trim. The buttons are friction locked and can be removed through a 3 mm hole with something like a T-handle hex key. There is an ~40mm M3 screw that holds the grip in place on the stick and an M3 insert on the other side. Inserts are a little more work to create but you will avoid have a tiny M3 nut lost in your cockpit. It has a hand rest and i'm rendering the models with left, right and both side hand rests. There are also two versions, one with space for a round and one with space for a square fit trim button. The PTT button on the left is the same in both versions.

Hardware Parts

Here is a list of hardware parts needed to build this:

M3 x 40mm hey screw (need to be shorted a tiny bit)

M3 3D printing insert similar to these

PTT Button

The PTT button is from Otto Control and comes in different versions.
